Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted, but items must not show any signs of wear.

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@Marc&SophieMontreal.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.

  3. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and approved according to our return conditions, a refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after approval.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Liability

  • Marc & Sophie Montreal is not responsible for packages marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
